Allergens

We hand-make homebake our amazing bakes and treats daily from our own small home kitchen.  We do everything we can to ensure there is no cross contamination when preparing our bakes and treats but unfortunately due to our layout we can not guarantee this.

We run a small home kitchen where we use all 14, Government registered allergens as defined by Food Standards Scotland / Food Standards Agency. 

We cannot guarantee that any item is allergen free as all named allergens are handled in our kitchen.

All our bakes may contain traces of nuts and or other allergens.

We know that the chances are you will have eaten our bakes long before you read this page, if however you couldn't squeeze in just one more cake and need to keep it for later, please follow our storage advice.

• For optimal taste and flavour eat as soon as possible after receiving them

• Store in a cool place / fridge
  
• Don't leave your cakes or traybakes in direct sunlight, or in a warm area as they may melt
  
• If storing in your fridge, remove an hour or so before you want to serve to allow them to come to room temperature (we find that extreme colds can impact the flavour)
  

​Enjoy your cakes within 5 days of arrival if they last that long!
